pretty fun little set if you want sea animals that actually look like sea animals
the mix is nice. you get a bunch of different pieces instead of the same one over and over, so it works well for play, school projects, cake toppers, etc. the detail sounds like the main draw here. more realistic than the cheap toy-bin kind of stuff
i like that it has some less common animals in it too, not just the usual fish and crab. makes it a bit more interesting for kids who like ocean stuff or just want to make a scene with a little variety. probably small enough to be easy to handle and move around without much hassle
feels like one of those sets that ends up getting used in a few different ways instead of sitting in a drawer. Seems to do well with water play. The individual item packaging is a bit odd to me but not necessarily a problem. You CAN fit all the animals back in the box but it's a little tricky to fit them all

We are longtime fans of Toymany figurines in this household and my daughter has a few different sets. I searched for animal figurines that offered a high level of detail and realism while also being affordable enough to get a few different variations. Toymany figurines were the clear winner as they are affordable but still really detailed and look realistic. They are durable as well as we have had some for several years and there is no flaking pain or damage at all. My 4 year old absolutely loves them and they are a great educational tool as well for many ages. These vary in size but they are large enough to not get lost easily or pulled into a vacuum. I originally purchased them to put in a reward jar for potty training but now we just use them in a regular reward jar for chores etc. I plan to get more sets of Toymany figurines because my daughter enjoys them so much and we use them to learn about different animals as well. These are an excellent buy in my opinion and I will definitely purchase again.

These are great … the look good and not cheap. The paint quality is nice. They are small so not good for really small children. Choking hazard. But fun for kids that love dogs and animals.
