1. How to apply to become a Toymany Affiliate?
- Click the "APPLY NOW" button on our website and fill out the affiliate application form. Please provide all necessary details.
- Our team will review your application within two days to ensure a good fit between you and our brand values.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive an "Application Approved" email.
2. How can I get my Unique Affiliate Link or Exclusive Coupon?
After becoming Toymany's Affiliate, please log in to the Toymany Affiliate Dashboard where you can find your Unique Affiliate Link or Exclusive Coupon.
3. How can I earn commission through the affiliate program?
- In Toymany Affiliate Dashboard, you can find your Unique Affiliate Link or Exclusive Coupon to share directly with your friends / followers, or in your social media posts. Any orders resulting from using your link or coupon will earn you a commission.
- Once your friends / followers have ordered and received a product through your link or used your exclusive discount coupon, and have not returned or requested a refund within 30 days, your commission will enter the review and disbursement phase.
- The commission will be reviewed and transferred before the 15th working day of the following month. If the settlement date is affected by force majeure, you will be notified.
For example, if your follower purchases on May 1, 2024, and no refund or return is requested by May 31, the commission for this transaction will be reviewed and transferred by June 15, 2024.
4. How do I calculate and check my commission?
- Commission = Final price of the product (discounted, if applicable) multiplied by commission percentage. Excludes shipping costs and taxes.
- The order will only be valid for commission if your friends/followers receive the products without returning or refunding within 30 days.
In Dashboard - Commission, you can see the status of all referrals recorded (including Approved/Denied/Paid or Pending referrals).
5. What is a 30-day cookie period?
When you share your exclusive link, it includes a 30-day tracking cookie. This means that if your followers click your link and visit our website, the cookie will track their visits for 30 days. If they make a purchase on our site within this period, even if they do not use your link again, you will still earn a commission from their orders.
Please note, this tracking will no longer work if they clear their cookies or change their browser.
Example: If someone clicks on your link today and then returns directly to our site to make a purchase three weeks later without using your link again, you will still earn a commission on that sale.
6. If my friends/followers enter the Toymany Website through my affiliate link and come back later to buy, do I still get a commission?
Yes! We offer a 30-day cookie period, which means that if your referring visitors come back at any time within this period, you will still earn a commission on their purchase!
7. How can I check if new orders have been made through my affiliate link?
In Dashboard - Commission, you can see the status of all referrals recorded (including Approved/Denied/Paid or Pending referrals).
8. One of my friends purchased products through my affiliate link. Why can't I see any income for the order in my account?
- Please make sure that your friends/followers entered the store through your affiliate link rather than the normal store link.
- Please confirm with your friends/followers whether the payment is successful.
- Please confirm with your friends/followers whether they return or refund within 30 days.
9. If a follower uses a coupon exclusively assigned to you, but not your unique affiliate link, will you still earn a commission?
Yes, you will still earn the commission. Our system employs two primary tracking methods: the affiliate link and the coupon code.
As long as your followers use either your affiliate link or the exclusive coupon assigned to you to place orders in our shop, you will earn commissions on those referral orders.
10. Do the coupons in the affiliate program conflict with other promotions or coupons?
The coupons in the affiliate program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or coupons. However, these coupons are always valid for long-term use, and each new user can only use them once, unless we provide you with a new coupon code.
Additionally, even if your friends/followers do not use the exclusive discount code, as long as they enter our website through your affiliate link and complete a purchase within 30 days, you will still earn a commission.
11. When will I receive my commission?
After your followers successfully purchase through the Affiliate Link or exclusive coupon codes, and if no refund or return is requested within 30 days, the transaction will be eligible for commission review.
The commission review process will commence after these 30 days and be completed by the 15th day of the following month.
For example, if your follower purchases on May 1, 2024, and no refund or return is requested by May 31, the commission for this transaction will be reviewed and transferred by June 15, 2024. You will be notified if force majeure affects the settlement date.
12. What are the accepted payment methods for commission payments, and in what currency are they issued?
PayPal and Bank Transfer are the payment methods accepted for commission payments. All payments are in United States Dollars (USD).
