1. Who can use this withdrawal request page?
This page is intended for eligible EU customers who placed an online order with Toymany and wish to exercise their legal right of withdrawal within the applicable withdrawal period.
2. How long do I have to submit a withdrawal request?
In general, eligible EU customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods.
3. Can I withdraw only part of my order?
Yes. You may submit a withdrawal request for your entire order or for selected item(s) only. Please clearly list the product(s) you wish to withdraw from when submitting the form.
4. What happens after I submit my withdrawal request?
After you submit your request, we will review the information provided and send return instructions to you by email. Please do not return any items before receiving our return instructions.
5. What should I do if I do not receive an order confirmation email?
No. The right of withdrawal is separate from return or refund requests related to product quality issues. If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer support or visit our Returns & Exchanges page so we can help resolve the issue properly.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy after the withdrawal process is completed and the returned item(s) have been handled in accordance with the provided return instructions.
