1. How do I find my country/region on the Toymany Official Store?
On a desktop computer, you can find and adjust your country/region in the upper right corner of the store.
On mobile devices, you can scroll down to find and adjust your country/region settings in the page footer.
2. How do I use a coupon code when placing an order?
You can add the discount code on the Checkout Page.
Please be aware that some coupons may not apply to sale items. Review the coupon disclaimer to confirm its applicability to sale items or regular-priced purchases.
3. Why am I unable to complete a payment?
Payment failure could be caused by the settings of your credit card or payment account, such as your payment limit and available credit.
If you are paying by credit card, please contact your issuing bank to see if they have deemed the transaction suspicious and blocked it from going through.
If you can still cannot complete your payment, please provide the order number and a screenshot of the error information to ecommerce@toymany.com and we will do our best to help.

If you have a Toymany account, you can log in to the Toymany website and go to "Orders" to check the order status and view the logistics status.
If you checked out as a guest, please find the "Payment Successful" email from us and click on "My Order".

7. How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel or change your TOYMANY order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Our system initiates the processing of orders immediately upon receipt, so if you need to cancel an order, please do so with utmost urgency, akin to the swiftness of lightning.
If the items in your order have not yet shipped, we can help cancel an item or the entire order for you. We recommend you contact us via ecommerce@toymany.com first.
8. Can I modify my order (items, shipping information etc.)?
Once an order is placed, the items cannot be changed. You'll need to cancel your order and place a new one with the desired items.
So please double-check your purchase details, including the billing and shipping addresses and the quantities of items, before finalizing your order to confirm accuracy.
If the order is in transit, please personally contact the shipping company to change your address. Due to high order volume, we may not directly contact the carrier for you, but we're here to assist as needed.

1. What is your return policy?
Products purchased from the Toymany Official Website may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Unfortunately, if you do not contact us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods, we will not be able to provide this service.
Please note that we will refund only the product’s purchase price; shipping and taxes are not refundable. For instructions on how to initiate a return, please contact ecommerce@toymany.com.
2. How can I return an order?
If you need to make a return, please review the Return and Exchange Policy and contact ecommerce@toymany.com if your case complies with the terms and conditions.
3. What should I do if I received a defective or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the packaging and the items received. Email us promptly at ecommerce@toymany.com.
We will evaluate the damage to determine if it was caused by mishandling during shipping and will provide a timely refund or compensation accordingly.
Please rest assured if Toymany causes the damage, and we will actively take responsibility.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your claim.
4. How long do I have to return a product if I am not satisfied with my order?
Products purchased from the Toymany Official Website may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Unfortunately, if you do not contact us for a refund or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange service for you.
5. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).
6. How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment service.

Here's a simple breakdown of our shipping options to help you pick what's best for you:
● Express: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
● Standard: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
● Economy: Estimated delivery within 6-12 business days.
Our Economy and Standard shipping options can ship to PO Boxes, but our Express option cannot.
Please note that these are estimated time frames and actual delivery times may vary. We will do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
2. How do I konw the shipping cost of my order?
The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed on the Shopping Cart and Checkout Pages.
Relevant information about the shipping fees can be found on these pages and in the Order Confirmation Email.
3. When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business days.
Orders placed by midnight EST will be shipped on the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Our warehouse is operational solely on weekdays and remains closed during weekends.
4. How long will it take to receive my order? Can you expedite the shipping?
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. The delivery time, however, depends on the shipping method you choose:
● Express: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
● Standard: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
● Economy: Estimated delivery within 6-12 business days.
Please note that these are estimated time frames and actual delivery times may vary.
We will do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible, but are unable to expedite shipping.
If you require your order urgently, we recommend selecting the Express shipping option for the quickest delivery time.

When your order is shipped, Toymany will send you an email containing tracking information.
- Tracking via Email: You can click on the link in the product shipping details email to check the logistics status using a third-party logistics company or a logistics information inquiry platform.
- Tracking via Toymany Account: Login to the Toymany Website and go to "Orders" to view the logistics status.

9. Is it possible to deliver orders to P.P. Box address?
Yes we can ship items to P.O boxes.
Currently, we are unable to provide shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for this inconvenience and are making efforts to offer this service soon.
10. How do I qualify for free shipping?
All standard orders over $39 (excluding tax) qualify for free Economy shipping (estimated delivery within 6-12 business days).
This offer does not apply to APO and PO Box addresses, nor to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR).
If you desire a faster shipping method, you can upgrade for an additional fee based on the weight of the order items.
