Shipping Information
We aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
1. Delivery Time
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
1.1 Processing Time
For non-pre-sale products, on normal business days, Toymany processes the order within 24 hours of placing it. Once confirmed, we will ship it according to the timescale shown on the store product page.
1.2 Shipping Time
Here's a simple breakdown of our shipping options to help you pick what's best for you:
Express: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Standard: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
Economy: Estimated delivery within 6-12 business days.
Our Economy and Standard shipping options can ship to PO Boxes, but our Express option cannot.
Please note that these are estimated time frames and delivery times may vary. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Fees
The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed on the Shopping Cart and Checkout Pages. Relevant information about the shipping fees can be found on these pages and in the Order Confirmation Email.
3. Shipping Methods
Toymany will select the most suitable third-party shipping company based on the shipping address and actual conditions, including but not limited to USPS, DHL, UPS, and EMS.
4. Tracking Order
After the order is shipped, you can check the logistics status through the following methods:
4.1 In the product shipping details email, click on the link provided to query the logistics status through a third-party logistics company or logistics information inquiry platform;
4.2 Login to the Toymany Website and go to "Orders" to view the logistics status;
4.3 Contact ecommerce@toymany.com via email, provide the email address used for placing the order and the order number to customer service for logistics status inquiry;
4.4 Visit the official website of the third-party logistics company and enter the logistics tracking number to query the logistics status (this method only applies to some third-party logistics companies that have official websites and provide logistics tracking services).
The shipping time should be subject to the time the third-party shipping company announces. Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events beyond Toymany’s control. Thus, Toymany does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics-related events.
