Returns & Exchanges

Our Return and Exchange Policy allows for most products purchased at the Toymany Official Website to be returned within 7 days of receipt without any reason, with certain exceptions.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide this service if you do not contact us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods.

The product returned should maintain its original quality and function. The product itself, packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions, trademark labels, etc., should be complete and intact without any human damage and not affect the secondary sale.

Please note that we will refund only the product’s purchase price; shipping and taxes are not refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We have the right to refuse your return requests under the following circumstances:

× Any products not sold on the Toymany Official Website, or if the order cannot be found in the Toymany store system, or if a valid purchase certificate or receipt cannot be provided, or if the purchase certificate or receipt is forged or altered.

× Return requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

× Incomplete returns of products, including missing items from the original factory packaging such as the product itself, packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions, trademark labels, invoices or other incomplete certificates or documents, or if the product's appearance has been damaged due to human causes.

× Unauthorized repairs or modifications, destruction, tampering with mandatory certification marks, destruction, tampering with product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, packaging and so on.

× Signs of wear that make it difficult to restore the item to its original condition, affecting its resale potential.

× Quality issues caused by collisions, damage not due to the quality of the product itself, unauthorized modification caused by human factors, and intrusion of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.).

× Returns due to logistics damage, missing items or wrong product sent, where the recipient has signed and is unable to provide relevant credentials issued by the logistics company.

× Products damaged due to force majeure factors such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.

× After contacting Toymany to confirm the return service, the corresponding product was not shipped within the period of time stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

× Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

× Other circumstances stipulated by applicable laws and this policy.

 

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the items received. Email us promptly at ecommerce@toymany.com.

We will evaluate the damage to determine if it was caused by mishandling during shipping and will provide a timely refund or compensation accordingly.

Please rest assured that Toymany caused the damage, and we will take active responsibility for it.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your claim.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Guidelines

1. If you need to return an item, please submit your return request via email at ecommerce@toymany.com or through other official online support channels within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. After you submit a return request, we will contact you via email or other means to confirm your return requirements. Please make sure to review and reply to our communication.
Contacting you does not imply automatic approval of your return request. The specific judgment of whether the return application can be approved depends on whether the return conditions are met.

3. Once your return and refund request is approved, please ship the complete product (including the product itself, outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions or manuals, trademarks, and original invoices) to the designated address provided by Toymany Store within 14 days from the approval date.

4. In cases where a return is requested due to product quality issues, Toymany's product department may need to conduct inspections to determine such quality issues.

5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 days of receiving the returned product, and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment service.

If our records show that we have issued a refund but you haven't received it in your account, and more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, we recommend contacting your financial institution or reaching out to us at ecommerce@toymany.com for further assistance.


Return Fees

1. Unless otherwise agreed upon, for orders eligible for no-reason return policy, Toymany Store will not charge any handling fees or additional fees.

However, you will bear the logistics fees and relevant handling fees (if permitted by applicable laws) incurred during the return process. If handling fees are involved, your credit card issuer or payment institution may charge them based on the terms of the payment agreement you have agreed to.

If you have any questions about this, please contact your card issuer or payment institution for more information. If your return does not meet the conditions for free shipping, Toymany Store reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount.

2. The basic fees incurred for returns due to quality issues will be covered by Toymany Store including logistics fees.

If you choose not to return the gift or if the gift cannot be returned, you should pay the indicated gift price as specified in advance.

Toymany Store reserves the right to deduct the pre-indicated gift price from the refund amount without receiving the returned gift. Gifts can include, but are not limited to, physical items, points, vouchers, and coupons.


Exchange Guidelines

3.Once your exchange request is approved, please ship the complete product (including the product itself, outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions or manuals, trademarks, and original invoices) to the designated address provided by the Toymany Store within 14 days from the approval date.

4. If the product meets the conditions for exchange, we will send the replaced products to the address of your original order or another address specified by you after receiving and confirming the returned product.


Exchange Fees

For exchanges due to product quality issues, Toymany will bear the round-trip shipping fee.

Except as otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, if the return or exchange is caused by you, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues you are not required to bear the shipping fee.
