Most products purchased from the Toymany Official Website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, except for certain situations outlined below. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within these 30 days.
All requests are subject to review by Toymany. Toymany will cover all costs for quality-related issues, while buyers are responsible for all non-product costs, including shipping and taxes, for non-quality-related returns or exchanges.
Returned items must remain in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, and labels intact, and must not affect resale.
To request a return or exchange, please contact ecommerce@toymany.com. Approved requests will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Toymany reserves the right to refuse return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:
× Non-Official Purchase or Invalid Proof: Products not purchased from the Toymany Official Website, orders that cannot be found in our system, or failure to provide a valid proof of purchase.
× Requests Submitted After 30 Days: Return or exchange requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
× Incomplete Sets or Missing Components: Returned items that are incomplete, including missing figurines, original packaging, accessories, instruction cards, gifts, or labels.
× Human-Caused Damage or Improper Use: Returned items showing damage caused by improper handling, dropping, bending, forced assembly/disassembly, or other human actions.
× Unauthorized Repair or Modification: Returned items that have been repaired, modified, repainted, or altered without authorization, including changes to labels or identifying marks.
× Excessive Wear Affecting Resale: Returned items showing significant wear, scratches, paint loss, or deformation that affect their original appearance or resale condition.
× Issues Without Valid Proof: Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect animal figurine toys without valid proof, after the package has been signed for.
× Force Majeure–Related Damage: Damage caused by force majeure events, such as fire, flood, lightning, or traffic accidents.
× Failure to Return Approved Items on Time: Approved returns where the animal figurine toys are not shipped back within the required timeframe specified by applicable laws or instructions.
× Final Sale / Clearance Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
× Customized or Personalized Items: Animal figurine toys that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
× Other Exceptions Defined by Law or Policy: Any other circumstances specified by applicable laws or this policy.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact Toymany at ecommerce@toymany.com within 5 days of receiving your package.
- For damaged items: Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos of the damaged product.
- For missing items: Please keep the original packaging and provide photos of all items received, clearly showing the contents of the package.
All claims are subject to review by Toymany. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Toymany, we will provide an appropriate compensation or refund for the affected item(s).

Return Guidelines
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Please contact us at ecommerce@toymany.com or through official Toymany support channels within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. After receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm the return details.
Please note that submitting a request or being contacted does not guarantee approval. All returns are subject to review and must meet our return conditions.
Step 2: Return the Item After Approval
Once approved, please return the complete product to the address provided by Toymany within 14 days.
Returned items must include the product, original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, labels, and invoices (if applicable).
Step 3: Inspection (If Applicable)
For returns related to product quality issues, the returned item may be inspected by Toymany before a refund is processed.
Step 4: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email of the result.
Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Fees
Non-quality returns:
Toymany does not charge handling fees. The buyer is responsible for all return-related costs, and Toymany will refund only the actual purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees may be deducted if applicable.
Quality-related returns:
For confirmed Toymany-related quality issues, Toymany will cover the basic return shipping costs.
If your order included free gifts, they must be returned. Otherwise, the gift value may be deducted from the refund.
Exchange Guidelines
Step 1: Submit an Exchange Request

After we receive and confirm that the returned item meets the exchange conditions, Toymany will ship the replacement item to:

Exchange Fees
Quality-related exchanges:
For exchanges confirmed to be caused by Toymany-related quality issues, Toymany will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
Non-quality-related exchanges:
Except as otherwise required by applicable laws, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, which are determined by the carrier selected.
